One on One Mindfulness Sessions

​One-on-one sessions via Zoom for those who are uncomfortable with groups or cannot commit to an 8-week course and prefer a more personalized approach. These sessions allow for flexibility and can be specifically designed around your needs.

Session Options

Stress Reduction Sessions

  • Inspired by the 8-week MBSR Program
  • Sessions include meditations, reflecting, and exploring your experience with your at home practice
  • 8 Total Sessions
  • 80 Minutes Each

Introduction to Mindfulness Sessions

  • Learn what mindfulness is and how it can benefit you
  • Each session includes the introduction of new topics and practices 
  • 4 Total Sessions
  • 50 or 80 Minutes Each

Custom Mindfulness and Compassion Sessions

  • For those looking for something different than our structured one on one sessions
  • Sessions will incorporate mindfulness and compassion practices
  • 4 or 8 sessions available

Registration Information

  • Fee: $90/50-min per session, $120/80-min per session
  • 4 or 8 sessions available
