Carolina Bautista-Velez
In this workshop, participants will learn from a certified MBSR/MSC teacher and activist about the importance of integrating a social justice framework into the mindfulness classroom. Through interactive discussions and experiential learning, we will explore how mindfulness can be a powerful practice not only for personal well-being but also for fostering equity, inclusion, and collective healing.
Join us in a conversation where you will gain specific ways to create a more inclusive and accessible MBI classroom. Learn practical tools to navigate conversations around identity, privilege, and systemic inequities while cultivating a space where all participants feel seen, valued, and empowered.
This workshop is designed for mindfulness teachers, educators, and practitioners who are committed to deepening their understanding of how mindfulness can contribute to social change.
Recording will be available for all registrants.
