Nourishing Women: A Woman’s Health Nutrition Series

Register once to access all four on-demand class videos at your own pace. Video recordings and recipes are delivered via email after registration. This course can be taken in addition to one-on-one clinical appointments with a CIN registered dietitian.

Registration includes a digital class manual and recipe deck. Groceries are purchased separately; recipes typically cost $4.50–$6.50 per serving and yield 4–8 servings per class.
