Restful Mind is a six‑week, 90‑minute weekly online course that blends evidence‑based sleep science with mindfulness and self‑compassion skills to help you shift your relationship to sleep and cultivate lasting restorative rest. Each session includes short teachings, guided restorative practices (body scan, breath practice, deep‑rest protocols), group dialogue, and individualized habit planning so you leave with simple, sustainable tools—not pressure—to rest better.
Over six weeks, you’ll clarify a values‑based vision for sleep, learn why change feels hard (biology, habits, nervous system), choose 1–2 personalized sleep and deep‑rest strategies, practice compassionate behavior change techniques, and build a plan for sustaining gains through life’s disruptions.
Program Objectives:
1. Build mindful, nonjudgmental awareness of current sleep patterns and the difference between sleep and deep rest.
2. Practice self‑compassion and nervous‑system‑safe strategies to reduce pressure and reactivity around sleep.
3. Learn habit‑formation science and translate insights into tiny, personalized actions for sleep improvement.
4. Select and implement 1–2 SMART, values‑aligned sleep and deep‑rest strategies with accountability and backup plans.
5. Create a durable maintenance plan for sustaining sleep and deep‑rest practices through setbacks and life changes.

Session 2 — Discovering your "Why" & Sleep Awareness
Session 3 — Shifting Habits & the Science of Change
