One-on-one sessions via Zoom for those who are uncomfortable with groups or cannot commit to an 8-week course and prefer a more personalized approach. These sessions allow for flexibility and can be specifically designed around your needs. We have also adapted these online 1:1 sessions for teens and kids. Stress Reduction Sessions
- Inspired by the 8-week MBSR Program
- Sessions include meditations, reflecting, and exploring your experience with your at home practice
- Must be 8 total sessions
- 80 minutes each
Introduction to Mindfulness Sessions
- Learn what mindfulness is and how it can benefit you
- Each session includes the introduction of new topics and practices
- Must be 4 total sessions
- 50 or 80 minutes each
Custom Mindfulness and Compassion Sessions
- For those looking for something different than our structured one on one sessions
- Sessions will incorporate mindfulness and compassion practices
- Must be 4 or 8 sessions
