Ingredients
- 3 - 4 cups fruit cut in bite size pieces, (grapes you can leave whole)
- 1/2 cup nuts or seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil OR water
- 1 Tbs kudzu
- sea salt
Directions
- rinse nuts/seeds and strain
- dry roast nuts over medium high flame in a sauté pan, stirring frequently
- once nuts are lightly toasted remove from pan and set aside
- add oil OR enough water to just cover bottom of pan
- once oil is hot, add fruit, sauté 5 min, stir often
- add almonds, sauté 2 min
- add 1/2 cup water, stir
- in a separate dish, dilute kudzu with a small amount of cool water
- add kudzu to sauté, stir until liquid becomes translucent, add sea salt
