Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
optional additions: above ground/below ground/and, or sea vegetables
2 tsp miso
Directions
- combine rice and vegetables in a pot
- add enough water to cover
- over a high flame bring to a boil
- reduce flame to low, cover and let simmer for 15 min
- dilute miso with a small amount of water in a separate dish
- turn off the heat, stir in the miso
