  7. Additional Letters of Support (optional, 1 page each): from collaborators, partners, and mentor(s).
  8. NIH Biosketches: for all key personnel listed under Key Personnel.
  9. Foreign Justification (if a foreign consultant is listed): per NOT-OD-25-098, beginning with the heading "Foreign Justification."
