Ingredients
- 1 bunch greens, separate leaves and stems, slice thin
- 1 Tbs seaweed flakes or finely chopped seaweed
- 2 tsp shoyu
- sesame oil
Directions
- warm sauté pan over medium high heat, add a small amount of oil
- once oil is hot add onions, sauté until translucent, stirring frequently
- add seaweed, sauté for 1 min
- add greens, stir until color of greens becomes bright
- add shoyu, stir, quickly remove from pan
