Meilisa Lim is a licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner who has been with the Integrative Medicine Department at UCSD since early 2023. With over 13 years of experience, Meilisa utilizes a patient-centered and trauma-informed approach to support individuals navigating complex illness and significant life transitions through gentle, individualized care.
Meilisa integrates evidence based modalities such as Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to address specific pain patterns, mobility restrictions, and soft-tissue dysfunctions. Their work is grounded in safety, consent, presence, and respect, creating an inclusive environment where patients feel heard and supported.
