An evaluator-blinded randomized controlled trial study of the effect of anti-inflammatory diet (ITIS) in subjects with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). This study examines the feasibility of long-term maintenance of a Whole-Food Plant-Based (WFPB) diet as well as assessing long-term management of this RA. The intervention includes healthy dietary counseling plus 2 weeks of intensive ITIS.
