Ingredients
- 4 cups root vegetables, cut in bite size pieces
- sesame oil
- sea salt
- optional additions: herbs, whole garlic
- dulse or nori seaweed flakes
Directions
- pre-heat oven at 350°F
- toss vegetables in a large bowl with oil and a couple pinches of salt
- place in baking pan with a small amount of water in bottom of pan, cover, put in oven
- cook until tender
- remove cover and roast 5-10 min
