• 2 cups cooked rice
    optional additions: above ground/below ground/and, or sea vegetables
    2 tsp miso


  • combine rice and vegetables in a pot
  • add enough water to cover
  • over a high flame bring to a boil
  • reduce flame to low, cover and let simmer for 15 min
  • dilute miso with a small amount of water in a separate dish
  • turn off the heat, stir in the miso
