The Center for Mindfulness and The Sanford Institute for Empathy and Compassion

As we navigate through the post-Convid-19 pandemic, many of us are experiencing anxiety and distress about how to carry out professional duties while also attending to the needs of family members and friends. In this time of need, through a shared vision, UC San Diego Sanford Institute for Empathy and Compassion and the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness are teaming up to provide free, daily online streams and recordings of mindfulness and compassion sessions.
